The Smart Step Up

Built to remove the bottleneck.

When your current engraver slows production, limits materials, or eats up operator time, the Fusion Ascent is the upgrade that pays for itself in throughput.

01 Throughput

More jobs per shift

Engraving speeds up to 3000 mm/s keep your queue moving and turnaround times short.

02 Precision

Crisp on every pass

A sub-micron linear encoder works with the servo’s rotary encoder, so the head always knows exactly where it is.

03 Control

Fast to learn

Touchscreen controls, joystick jogging, and material presets shorten training for new operators.

04 Capacity

Go beyond the bed

Pass-through doors handle oversized stock with the optional Class 4 conversion kit.

05 Uptime

Industrial internals

Brushless DC servo motors and an air-cooled RF metal/ceramic CO₂ tube are built for long production days.

06 Support

Local, not long-distance

Advanced Marking Solutions handles setup, training, and service so you are running quickly.

Placement & Access

Line it up on the first try.

IRIS™ HD+ shows a live view of the bed, so artwork lands exactly where you drop it. No test burns.

Questions

Before you buy.

How does the Ascent compare to the Fusion Maker and Edge?

The Ascent is the step up for production shops, adding faster engraving, RF metal/ceramic CO₂ tubes, a linear encoder, and pass-through capability.

What is the tallest item I can engrave?

Up to 7″ with the standard enclosure. With pass-through enabled, maximum material thickness is 2″.

Do operators need special safety gear?

Not for normal use. The Ascent ships as a Class 2 interlocked system. Safety glasses come with the Class 4 kit for pass-through work.

Should I choose CO₂ or fiber?

CO₂ handles wood, acrylic, leather, glass, and coated metals. Fiber marks bare metals and many plastics. We will recommend the right source for your materials.

What warranty is included?

Two years on the machine and laser tube, with local service from Advanced Marking Solutions.

Is financing available?

Yes. Ask about leasing options when you request pricing.
